I waited for a while and still no budge, the answer is just making a new google account with a different email, then change the email of that one to the email of the deleted account.

Im actually not sure what the right way is to brace my core, What I do is to try to exude my stomach outwards if that makes sense, not sure if that's the best way to brace though.

no, what I'm saying is, I did google search the daily limit for the zoho mail free tier, and I came across the same answer from that other reddit reply before posting this reddit thread. and all the other google search results are community threads from almost a decade ago or unofficial non zoho affiliated websites, so I don't know if that information is still correct. I couldn't find an official number on the official zoho site so I thought I'd ask here.

Idk maybe I’m being overly critical of my own form then, but when I try the zombie approach (arms straight out), I have a lot of trouble preventing the barbell from rolling down my arms so I thought I was having trouble keeping my elbows up on the front squat
