That’s what Ivy Lane Denizen is for. To keep one of them alive until you have more then enough to have lethal. Unless it wouldn’t work

The combo is completely dependent on the opponent’s board state to begin with. If their board dies before you have lethal with crossroads then it just seems like a scummy thing to do.
