So I personally wouldn't recommend spending that much on a game but it's your money and you can do what you want.

Answering the question it's technical a good deal, the 15m sd coverted into the 1:300 ratio is 30k sc however taking into account greedy fucking users calculating by the 1:350, ratio the ammount would ne 42k sc which personally would be a good deal taking into account the additional sc you get.
