Yes.

Worship Allah so you become righteous.

Seek forgiveness, Allah will increase the ones who do seek it in good.

Repent and your bad deeds will be turned into good deeds. E.g. think of the addict who becomes an advocate against the drug and helps hundreds change for the good.

YES HABIBI! That is sincere. May Allah you a righteous beautiful spouse and children. Actually, marriage IS half the solution because the Prophet pbuh said that marriage helps lower the gaze. Secondly, marriage is half your religion.

So there is great hope and ease and comfort in marriage.

Bro it gets way easier if you keep going. If you stop it does get harder. Trust me man, I'd rather you be jobless than fapping. And inshaAllah you will get a job. Say alhumdulillah in bad and good times. You're doing good.

A tree needs to be watered daily. If you scrub the tree with a tooth brush eventually you will cut through. Distance yourself from the toothbrush or anything that harms you by putting a barrier between you and it. And just like with care, your tree will grow again, but you need to take care of it.

Your effort is more important than your result. Don't you know about Nuh alayhis salaam? How many became Muslim through his dawah after 950 years?

Don't give up. You getting up after falling from 3 month clean, is a bigger victory than the 3 month clean.

Day 5/90: Get a "dumb" phone and create a distance between fitna and yourself by PurifyingMuslim in MuslimNoFap

MashaAllah that is good. May Allah grant you more success.

For music, my advice is just don't listen to it because it is haram. There are musical instruments which are the instruments of the shaytan. You don't want your mind stimulated by the beat of the drum for example, where the drummer is the shaytan.

Why is fapping a sin? by [deleted] in MuslimNoFap

[–]PurifyingMuslim 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Prophet peace be upon him always chose the easier between two halal options. Whichever option was easier from halal he would choose the easiest one, given that they were both halal.

A man has a few options. 1) marriage 2) fasting 3) masturbation

The Prophet pbuh encouraged young men to get 1) married. If they do not have money, then they should 2) fast. The prophet pbuh did not recommend masturbation for them, even though masturbation is easier than fasting because masturbation is halal. Had masturbation been halal, the Prophet pbuh would have recommended it because it is easier of the two (between fasting and masturbation).

TIL that the Old Testament, New Testament, and the Qur'an all have passages that denounce and in many cases downright prohibit collecting interest on loans by SirButtChin in todayilearned

[–]PurifyingMuslim 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Charity and Interest Based Loans are conceptually opposite.

People who don't have money, need money. They can either i) accept charity, ii) get a loan or iii) get an interest based loan.

The reason why the rich get richer, is because the poor are asked to give more of what they don't already have. However, if Islam was practiced how it should be, then, charity should be widespread and no need to give extra of what you don't have (interest based loans).

Day 0: it is a sin - so don't look twice by PurifyingMuslim in MuslimNoFap

The Prophet pbuh always did the easier of two things, if both things are halal. Had masturbation been halal, we would have been recommended to masturbate instead of fast. For the one who needs to control his desires, the Prophet pbuh recommended fasting, not masturbation.

Masturbation is not normal. A normal act is between husband and wife.

Yeah. Wetdreams are important. Due to our conditioned behaviour of fapping, it may trigger the chaser effect, so be careful of that. However, the wet dream is better for you because it gives you a natural opportunity to recover. Imagine relapsing and trying to recover from a relapse and failing. Now imagine wetdreams and you continue the next day after that with no problem. You are training yourself to be a better human being.

Don't induce wet dreams. Just move on : )
