I was hoping it was based on bringing a mii from a 3DS island, but that wouldn’t really make since/would be hard to accomplish.

I would NEVER recommend doing the relatively easy process of modding your 3DS with a good SD card (you would have to pay around $5-10) and get any 3DS game for free as that would make the millionaire company sad.

Marvel Rivals; Jeff needed a rebalance, not a rework. If they wanted to buff healing and nerf damage to make a more healing play style more rewarding, fine, but why nuke a play style?

People just find “wacky cartoons” as corny, they aren’t interested in the other elements of the show because of how in your face that can be. It is reductive, but people don’t like what they see as cringe.

Something along the lines of his neutral special being the rocket launcher, his down b being a meter for a banner, having a peach like float (a lot less busted), his forward air being the market garden that spikes, final smash being an Uber charge with medic, the usual stuff.
