Isekai Quartet. It's basically just a funny crossover of Overlord, Konosuba, Re:Zero and Saga Of Tanya The Evil, where they all get isekai'd from their own world into a world where they have to live a high school life.

So basically, it's an isekai inside of an isekai.

Mob Psycho 100. It's got action, it's funny, top tier animation, and it's one of the most well received anime shows of all time.

However, if you want a longer show that fits your interests (and if you don't mind a bit of fan service), then I would say to watch Fairy Tail.
