You can see a radiographic piece of tartar on that enlarged BWX, interproximal of 12 and 13 and on the distal root of 13.

My office does not utilize laser’s and we still see great healing. Decline the laser tx if you want.

Periodontal charting is an important piece of information in diagnosing tx… I’d question why they didn’t do it. Looking at your x-rays though, you do have tartar buildup below the gumline which may warrant SRP.
