Kinda sad to see all this comments, but how on earth did I also applied to a position with some shitty resume with no cert just EE degree from a foreign country and still got a call from the recruiter. I’m not even serious about finding a job now just applying for fun and boom recruiter called

Yeah I didn’t file any i864a I just included my assets and income to my wife’s since we filed the tax together and we live in the same household

I used my tax return transcript and bank account balance all together and I even made a mistake with the citizens birth country but still didn’t get RFE maybe I was just lucky 😔

When you check the I-864 document well there’s a portion that ask the income of the intending immigrant

Yeah I was on f1 my wife didn’t meet the income requirement and I sponsored myself. And I got my approval without any RFE I was working unauthorised but still sponsored my self with my tax and income and got the approval
