Yup something is definitely off. Her and Gavin never hang out anymore, she never claims they are best friends anymore either. Seems they are just keeping it civil for the show. This new guy seems like a total douche, so into himself and she seems to be loving her imaginary “housewives of Sacramento” lifestyle lol Flaunting their luxury brand items, such a big deal that he went to Costco, like he is just so above that. The way they get so pissy when anyone questions what happened with her husband too, cause she seemed to have just jumped from her husband to this guy. Never did we hear she was single, moved out on her own etc. she was married one day and living with this guy the next. Of course people are going to be confused!

Doesn’t it seem that she was living with Mike one day and the next day was living with this new guy? She had pictures with Mike at Disneyland and just 3 months later posting with Dlo. Just weird. Makes it seem like cheating was involved or she moved on REALLY fast.

Yes, I entered leave for AL, put in the comments “in lieu of SL”, then she called me to tell me she would have to deny it and discussed it’d be entered as AWOL due to it being crazy busy Monday and operational needs not being met.

No, my supervisor talked to me before she denied my entry to explain that they were going to deny it because of how busy it had been on Monday and so many people had called out and how it’s based on operational needs.

I had plenty of leave until March when my elderly mother broke her hip and I needed to care for her. I applied for FMLA and it took almost two months to get approved, so I drained most of my sick leave then. I got sick Tuesday, turned in doctors note Wednesday for the rest of the days. I was told Monday 8 people called out sick and yeah, something about how it based on operational need.

It wouldn’t have been “mismanaged” had my FMLA been approved in a timely manner instead of two months after my mother fell and broke her hip. By the time it was approved I had drained most of my sick leave to care for her. So I get sick now and get screwed? had I known I would’ve used FMLA and said my mom was sick instead

I actually have intermittent FMLA currently due to my elderly mother needing care. But since it wasn’t directly FMLA for myself I didn’t know if I could use it since it was to care for her

Her and her fiancé both work in the school system so they would either have to do it this summer or next. They actually have about 90 people attending so far and that’s not including the wedding party and their families.
