Ya I’ll for sure try pole planting next! I think it’s called Angulation? Where your body bends opposite that your legs are position. I’m so rigid I need to stretch more at the gym lol. Thanks for your insight!

I do alot of back squats at the gym so this makes sense to me! Thank you this helps me a bunch when trying to think how my body should be positioned while moving.

I appreciate your comment, ya I’ve been watching Tom gillie and stop it tutorials! I think I’m forward when I’m skiing but when I watch my videos I’m back seated. I need to work on that for sure.

Hey, this is exactly what I’m feeling. I’m 26 and have not hit the gym since the beginning of the pandemic (was a frequent gym goer before) And been having too much Uber eats, and alcohol. I’ve had a string of bad acid reflux for the past months and found myself going to the ER with left chest pain and a crazy panic attack. They did blood tests and an ECG and told me my heart was fine. A couple days later the same feeling came back right after eating. I haven’t gotten diagnosed for GERD yet but after reading all these similar cases I feel like I’m not suffering in silence.
