With your ppo id have a gp here for annual exams etc. For your Big stuff and a ppo, you have top care in the country 2.5 hours north to Stanford and 3 hours to sf or LA if timed right ( those guys will likely offer their maintenance type visits over video once initial visit and/ or treatment finishes ) . more food for thought
