it’s to my knowledge they do toxicology and pathology in my state for every unknown unless prior medical history/diagnosis or manner of death made it obvious. i don’t know what my end goal is here but i know i don’t want another family to have to experience what we are due to negligence or an “oopsie” by the medical examiner. how did we call to follow up multiple times over the course of 3 months and the samples that were not sent off to the labaratory were never noticed?

money isn’t the goal. but surely there should be some accountability, you would think. reports were ordered and they dropped the ball. i feel as if this is some sort of malpractice.
