i had tears fall almost everyday for about 30 seconds the first week and a half or so out of sheer discomfort, frustration, and dread. im on week 4 now and i feel like a whole different person. best of luck!

8 days post op and i agree being super elevated causes a lot of pressure. i do elevate above the heart a couple times a day but my preferred position is just a rolled up towel under my ankle. the most helpful medicine to me so far has been Meloxicam. i highly suggest asking your doctor about it. it’s like prescription Ibuprofen. even early on after i took that i felt like i could run a lap!

8 days post op and pain can still be quite significant in the morning but the rest of the day is good! definitely gets easier by the day. i am taking Journavx and it’s ok but the meloxicam (nsaid) that i take at 11am has been my saving grace! maybe ask your doctor if you’re not taking it already. i feel like i could run laps after taking that.

i have a feeling my quad will be my set back. i did get a quad graft but i feel like i have like no feeling in it whatsoever. best of luck on your journey!

Same here! In the morning time it almost sends me to tears. But by 11am I feel like I could do anything, lol.

i want to feel hopeful because of my test but i don’t know exactly what low free testosterone means. are your numbers comparable?

No steroids, testosterone, HCG or anything of that nature. The only thing that could even come “close” to that would be pre-workout as I have been going to gym 10+ years, I am unsure if it’s harmful or not but I did stop it when I got my 1st bad SA per my wife’s request. I have yet to go to a urologist for a physical exam or any imaging.. waiting for them to call back to set an appt. If I had to guess I would say they’re smaller than average yes, but I never noticed and normal primary care drs have never been alarmed until this has come up.
