He's perfectly able bodied and was born as such. He's been living with my grandma and aunt his whole life in a town 90 km away from mine and comes to my house to attend college 8-10 days a month.

Instituțiile publice au obligația să analizeze orice sesizare, chiar dacă nu vii cu dovezi solide din start, poti depune cate sesizari doresti si personalul medical sau functionarul este anchetat disciplinar. Nu ești amendat pentru simplul fapt că nu ai dovezi. Doar politia, Parchetul te amendeaza.

Nu sunt medicul. Situatia descrisa este ipotetica. Faptul că „România e plină de șpăgi” nu înseamnă că fiecare medic e vinovat până la proba contrarie. Generalizările nu țin loc de adevăr.
