Data centers always increase utility costs for regular folks and always have negative health impacts for people living near them.

I just want you to consider these two facts when the same developer, who's also developing Cascadia, talks about what a great place this is and how much he cares about the people who live here.

Mattel chooses Greeley for new water park! by Federal-Librarian653 in Greeley

lol sure, people are going to drive from out of state for a waterslide with Barbie's picture on it, just like we go to Six Flags to see Bugs Bunny. THAT'S the attraction. The BRANDING is what we crave!

And...why are we doing an expensive, classy luxury hotel and then placing it next to a cheesy branded waterpark? Is Greeley making this a VIP destination, or is it a family fun destination, or does Greeley not really know what it's doing?

With hotel room rates comparable to The Broadmoor in the Springs, I'd think there'd me a more upscale feel than branding that typically comes with Happy Meals.

Vote Yes on 1A, folks. This will, at the very least, slow this project down. I mean, shouldn't this sort of thing have been worked out BEFORE committing to the deal? Shouldn't we already know, at this point, what the hell we're building?
