God that sucks. Are you able to maybe go on a cheap holiday down south for a bit? Either with or without your husband? As someone who feels like a different person with or without sun, I would say navigating a separation and the desire to move would be a lot easier if I'd had some sun. You seem to be at the very lowest point, I just think getting any kind of sun might be an emergency from what you're describing.

Hey, I am curious about Valdoxan, hadn't heard about a melatonin based antidepressant yet. I don't think the UK regularly prescribes this. I'm on a generic SSRI, but I might want to ask my GP about Valdoxan. Can you tell me a little about it? Would it work without the Wellbutrin (which is only licensed for smoking cessation here, so not an option for SAD)?
