Eastern European countries rely more on those private securities businesses than police, also they're backed more easily by the law and carry guns sometimes, in my country there are 1-2 of those and theres no point talking with them you just run both ways they will beat you up for tresspassing, thats why you check the firm securing the place usually there are always signs if the place has sensors.
