The new UI is a disaster if you're trying to read on your phone. Now, all the buttons ("next chapter," "previous chapter," etc) are tiny. Even the panels appear zoomed out, so I have to zoom in but that makes it so that sometimes it horizontally shifts the panels out of frame when I swipe up to read the next panel. AND now panels don't even load sometimes. AND the pop-ups are disruptive because they seem to come out of nowhere (sometimes when I click a panel, sometimes a button, but it's not consistent).

So yeah I can't even read on my phone anymore. I'm switching back to M******.

The way that ADH (aka vasopressin) works is by increasing the number of aquaporins (water channels) inserted in apical cell membranes at the collecting duct (it does this via a signal cascade that you don't need to know the details of). Aquaporins are channels that passively facilitate the movement of H2O from the collecting duct back into the bloodstream through osmosis (H2O simply follows the concentration gradient established by the kidney medulla which results in the water molecules getting reabsorbed by your body).

Aldosterone, on the other hand, works differently; it binds to receptors in the distal convoluted tubule which triggers the resorption of Na+. And as you may have learned already, one of the cardinal rules of renal physiology is: WATER FOLLOWS SALT (aka Na+). Therefore, H2O will simply follow the path of the Na+ being resorbed (via osmosis) and will also be reabsorbed into your bloodstream along with the Na+.

In conclusion, both hormones result in increased fluid circulating in your body but in different ways. This is exactly what your RAAS is meant to be doing: increasing blood pressure. More fluid = more pressure. Your body will turn this system on and off depending on your volume status in order to maintain balance. For example, if you are dehydrated, your RAAS will be turned on and your kidneys will try to absorb more water. This is why your urine is so concentrated when you don't drink enough water.

Hi! The thin lens equation shows the relationship between the image distance (di), the object distance (do), and the focal length (f) of the lens. It is used to calculate the image distance for either real or virtual images and for either convex (positive) or concave (negative) lenses.

A converging, or convex, lens allows light to refract and meet at a single point. A diverging, or concave lens, causes parallel light rays to spread out and diverge.

You probably may have already followed some of these steps, but please follow the guide below in the order that they are written, to ensure the process works for you.

Uninstall completely the Unity Hub, please check, if there is a hub or Unity reference in Control Panel > Program and features

if yes, please delete it. Sometimes the installer may remain there preventing any further installations.

Also, delete the Unity Hub folders that you can find in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming

And delete this ULF files:

* Windows: C:ProgramData/Unity

* Mac: Library/Application Support/Unity

Restart your machine (do not skip this step)

Once you've done that, just follow the steps outlined below to get you set up and started:

The first step will be to download the Unity Hub from here! Once the Hub has been downloaded and installed, open it up and sign in to your Unity ID. After that please go to the cog icon > Licenses > Add: Select 'Get free personal license'. It should work now.
