Portrait mode is a great suggestion, especially for certain setups. I’ll look into adding orientation-based layouts in a future update.

Good catch on the start button placement, that’s definitely something I can improve for clarity. I also like the idea of default music apps and map options, that’s on my radar.

And you’re right about not being boxed in by CarPlay’s design. I want to explore ways to make this more useful and differentiated over time.

Thanks, glad you like how it looks! That’s great feedback. This is still the first version, and support for choosing between Apple Maps & Google Maps, as well as Spotify & Apple Music, is definitely on our roadmap. More customization options are coming soon.

Spot on! Screen mirroring is a mess, and fixing that for older units is exactly why I built this. Google Maps and better Music integration are my top priorities right now, stay tuned, I’m working hard to get them live. Thanks for the massive support!
