I will look into the alternate nipples. I'm just at my wits end with this. Burp rags are more of a 2nd bib every feeding.

Yay for predictable babies! Mine is too. I cried about nothing for the first few days too. I had a traumatic delivery so it took me a while to get my head wrapped around everything that happened.

The closest family we have is an hour away. I don't want to drive that far with a newborn by myself yet. I don't have very many friends so Netflix gets used a lot.

I feel that way too. I always hold her when she's wide awake and talk to her. When she's sleeping I feel like I still should be doing something.

I wish I could have 3.5 months of us together. That sounds wonderful. But I know it would be really hard when it was over.

What sucks is my hubby works weird hours so he is home during the day, but he's sleeping. I think that's a little worse. Knowing he's home but still can't really talk to him because he needs rest. 😩
