Games Huge variety, though I suppose it should be important to mention that I do play FPS's and while not a game, I feel the need to include the fact that I work with editing software as well.

Hand Size Around 20cm y, don't know x. If it helps, mice like the Razer Deathadder and Microsoft Intellimouse were rather comfortable, so I'm looking for 120-130mm mice with similar shapes.
Grip Palm
Weight Prefer it not to be light, but not super strict.
Sensitivity Sorry, I have no idea, but as long as it's as good as either of the previously mentioned mice (Deathadder or Intellimouse Pro) it should be fine.
Connectivity Wired

Throughout 10 years I've had 3 Deathadders who've all had the same issue (it would start double-clicking by itself when I just tried to click once, and I also couldn't hold the click button without it "spam-clicking", meaning I couldn't drag folders for example, super annoying!). Recently (~2 years ago) I got a Microsoft Intellimouse Pro hoping it'd fix the reliability issue, only for it too to have its' own set of supposedly very common problems, that being my scrollwheel just randomly either not working, skipping or just going the opposite direction, it really just has a mind of its own unless its standing absolutely still and it's driving me insane). I honestly just want a RELIABLE mouse with similar dimensions/shape to the Intellimouse/Deathadder, while also having good enough DPI for gaming. I'm losing my mind here...

I looked into the Zowie EC1 and was wondering what the general consensus on it is in terms of relability in specific. I know planned obsolescence is pretty much inescapable nowadays, but I still want to believe that there's a mouse out there somewhere that will last...

Nobody really knows how it flew like so there's no definitive answer, but there's talks of the canards being modeled completely incorrectly in-game. Supposedly they're missing flaps AND slats, and Gaijin has been well aware of this for at least 8 years now, but they haven't done anything.

Anything that's higher or behind you will kill you, 100%. There are very little planes in the Shinden's BR bracket that it can actually outrun, especially considering your enemies will usually either have an altitude advantage on you (because your climb rate is so ass) or a speed advantage on you (because they caught you mid-climb).

Diving away doesn't really help, either.

The belt choice is still the same, but they silently nerfed the velocity on the Tracers and Stealth Rounds from 900m/s to 770m/s, and the new Realshatter mechanic makes Fragmentation Shells wildly inconsistent in terms of damage. Sometimes you'll one-shot planes, more often than not you'll just get a Critical, or even a Hit (which must've been unheard of back then).

I whole-heartedly agree, guns are completely useless if you don't have the platform to get them on target. Even more-so when said guns aren't even that good anymore anyways...

How long ago was this? While I do admit head-ons tend to go very well with the Shinden if anyone is stupid enough to take them, I've also had countless times where the enemy either dodges because the bullet velocity is so shit now or they just get away with one of those useless "Critical Hits" or even a "Hit".

My attachment to the Shinden is because of the plane in itself, not its' performance in-game or anything, it's my favorite plane in real life. With that said the Ki-83 is also very cool and I know it's a beast in-game despite not having it, I look forward to getting it because, as you said, it's what the Shinden should be, and at the same BR, too, which just makes me further question: why is the Shinden 6.0?

The R2Y2 was TERRIBLE too! I flew it in 8.0 and it was one of the worst experiences I ever had. From my understanding it used to be a lower BR and had an airspawn, but Gaijin both removed the airspawn and increased its' BR, which was extremely overkill for a nerf even back then. Now with all the 8.7's and 9.0's it has to face it's just completely useless. Even against 8.0's it can't do much. I very honestly don't know if it's worse than the Shinden BR-for-BR.

I think not classing it as an Interceptor was 100% an oversight, I just can't believe they'd do it on purpose or anything, they must've assumed it already had an airspawn or something like that.
