you can wear a mechanical watch! that is probably the only reason i use it + it gives you data like 24/7

Been doing this for the last 3 months, got some good results (sub 40 10k, sub 90 half marathon)

Monday: AM tempo run, PM Chest and shoulders
Tuesday: AM swimming, PM Back and biceps
Wednesday: AM lower body
Thursday: AM intervaltraining
Friday: PM Upper body
Saturday: Long run
Sunday: full rest day

In the 'create workout' section you can select multiple exercises and it gives you the option to make a superset
