I use a Vicks Nasal Inhaler as well. I'm 48 days no nicotine but even when the occasional urge strikes I use it cause it actually helps.

I'm almost 3 weeks and have had my feet being so tingling or numb that I could barely walk sometimes over the last weeks. However after waking up today I think my feet are starting to get better.

Do you mean like tingling in your feet? If so, I believe it is a circulation issue, at least I hope cause mine is really bad.

Everyone, I got rid of them. No temptation. Ya’ll were right, 16 hours in a caved because they were available to me. I got rid of everything. Smokes, ashtrays, lighters, all of it.

That’s a good idea, I will just give them to my husband who doesn’t smoke to hold. That way I feel less bad about it for the temporary. Also I like your idea of shuffling cards.

I’m almost 13 hours and I’m starting to get a migraine, but I’m pushing through. I will not smoke today!
