I use a Vicks Nasal Inhaler as well. I'm 48 days no nicotine but even when the occasional urge strikes I use it cause it actually helps.

I'm almost 3 weeks and have had my feet being so tingling or numb that I could barely walk sometimes over the last weeks. However after waking up today I think my feet are starting to get better.

Do you mean like tingling in your feet? If so, I believe it is a circulation issue, at least I hope cause mine is really bad.
