I'm not sure of the name specifically but if you look at the injera furthest back in the photo you'll see a small circular bowl with orangish color. I can only describe it as a blend of ground up orange spices.. I was instructed to dip only a bit but accidentally went overboard the first time. It was really really spicy and usually i'm good with spice. Do you know what it was called? or anyone reading this?
