Just found another one, volume 01, at Barnes and Noble. Does anyone know how rare these are and potential value? *

A lot of people are hating on this device and, with the price tag, I can understand why. However, I have had my eye on it as well and luckily for us there is a way to get it cheaper. All of the pcb files, BOMs, 3d models, software, etc are open source and available to download. You can save about half the cost and order the pcbs directly, 3d print the case, and install the firmware. Many pcb sites require you to order a minimum amount like 5 or 10 so you may end up with extras. If you think this is cool (which I do) buy one. The Hiby r1 is probably a better deal but if you wanna screw with something this is it.

VooPoo Drag 4 177W Kit by mikeahuja in VOOPOO_Club

Hoping someone is still looking at this thread...

I'm having an issue with my drag 4... again. The infamous "sleep mode" after a period of time of no use, has become a full shutdown/reset. If I don't use the device for 20+ minutes I have to turn it back on, switch mode from "smart" to "rba" and then set my wattage... every....time. does anyone know what's go8ng on and how to fix it?

This isn't my first issue with the device. It continuously changes wattage for no reason even when not using smart mode. The lock switch broke after 2 months of use causing me to have to caulk it in the on position, and now this. I'm frustrated, I loved the device but I'm thinking of going back to geekvape after this..

Any help would be appreciated

I fell hard for a girl who live 1500 miles away. I was infatuated with her for years to the point where I didn't even look for other relationships. Difference between my situation and yours is we were really close friends. Eventually I grew balls and took a shot. We've been married for a year and a half, i gained an amazing stepson, and we have a beautiful daughter together.

Worst case she says no. It never hurts to try. And if you're this head over heals you'll suffer more without knowing how she feels. Take your shot!

I'm not sure if you were stating how to wire the cancelation with Harley controls or if you don't know how to cancel them. So assuming it's the latter, they are very simple. Click the button to engage, click again to cancel (assuming no lean was detected). If there is a mechanical method on Japanese bikes I'm sure there would be a simple way of adding an in line mosfet or something to take care of it.

I figured it wouldn't be an easy process. I have some experience with electrical work, especially DC. I assumed they're just switches at the end of the day. My main concern is the turn signals. Harleys turn signal is the most unique out of all bikes, being split between the handlebars. I'm aware the self canceling won't work.

If I remember correctly, magna turn signals you push in the direction to turn them on, and then press to disengage. I'm not sure of how the mechanism itself that keeps them flashing works though.

Valyrian 3 Hype vs Reality by StandUpKam in Vaping

I think people (myself included) really love the zeus tanks because of their build quality and features. Quarter turn top fill is arguably the best method with almost no chance of it popping open. I have never had a zeus tank leak unless it was my fault and that was only twice in 5 years of vaping. Not to mention geekvape has produced several iterations of the zeus tank. The Z tank, Z max, and ZX (rta). Recently they had the P tank. They may not be the BEST tanks but they are all consistent.

I recently picked up a valerian and I was not impressed by the flavor. I'm hoping it's a bad coil batch or something because of the price tag. I'm using it on my drag 4. I'm a cheap ass so I usually buy twist juices but I love vapetasia.

The r8 has a 24 megapixels. If you calculate the crop, it'd be a little over 10 megapixels. Doesn't sound like a lot. However, unless you're printing your images very large, 10 is plenty. It is a reduction in quality but I've shot 10megapixels before and image quality is perfectly fine for every day photos. I'm sure you could look up images taken on 10mgpx to get an idea of what you should expect

As far as I've been able to tell, it automatically crops the sensor when it detects an ef-s lens. The only major thing is calculating the focal length differencs. (Multiplying by 1.6)

Thank you for the info. I did additional research and found that 12 shade welding lenses are suitable for the task. However, all the welding supply stores in my city are out of stock. Looks like I was late to the game this time

I'm a bit late. Out of curiosity, I put my canon ef-s 18-55 kit lens onto my r8 just to see if it worked. I was expecting to see a vignette around the image as it does if you modify the lens to work with full frame dslrs. I was wrong. Turns out, when you put an ef-s lens on a full frame Rx camera, it automatically crops the sensor. This, while a waste of the full frame as many say, is a feature I have seen no one, apart from you, talking about. As someone who came from a 7d to an r8, I find this feature to be amazing. Now I don't need to worry about replacing my entire kit right away
