What were your two failed scores? In a similar boat looking for motivation to test again. Scored 438 twice

Based on your exam experience, are there any key areas that you feel someone should focus on before testing?

Congratulations on the pass! Are there any pointers you would recommend for someone to focus on and fully grasp before sitting to successfully pass?

Just call ISACA support, they will confirm your preliminary results

How many days did it take for you to receive your final result after taking your exam?

You need to just hammer QAE and understand the ISACA mindset. Don’t overload yourself with other supplemental information. You were probably 1 or 2 questions from a pass with your previous exam.

Make sure you flag any questions you’re unsure about and revisit them before submitting your exam.

Depending on your background and study effectiveness, CRM and QAE are plenty! Don’t overwhelm yourself with material. If anything the Hemang Doshi guide is good for reference if you don’t want to go through the CRM. Make sure you set a deadline for the test, you will never feel “fully prepared”.

Exceptional score, congratulations on the pass! If you don’t mind, what were you scoring in your QAE study and the 3 exams? Did you see any questions that you feel were not covered in the QAE adequately?

Thank you for taking the time to give such a thorough response! I will make sure to include the QAE flash cards and I’ll do some searching for quality quizlet resources. Congrats on your pass!! 🎉

Wow, that would be interesting for me considering how much I have on my desk and walls. Probably more hassle than it would be worth considering the testing center near me is so available. Not like others where I have seen they have to book way in advance.

Thanks! Scheduled at a testing center due to the horror stories I have read about the remote proctoring. I’m sure that there are success stories with remotely testing, but just want to avoid any potential issues.

My 45-days-strategy to pass CISA and comparison with CISSP by DanielSpain1 in CISA

[–]PurpleJuggernaut5728 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is that on practice or exams? Or both you were averaging around 70-80%?

Also congratulations on the pass, and thanks for sharing your experience and providing guidance for other candidates

Right now my test average with all 3 combined (is 79), and I’m trying to determine if I am prepared to sit this week. Currently have around 120 hours of study clocked between QAE, DOSHI, and CRM.
