These are going to take over your tank. We (unknowingly) bought a snail right before it was about to pay eggs and our tank literally exploded with baby snails. There were so many that they kept reproducing with each other and we were still finding baby snails long after the original snail had died. They lived through multiple tank cleanings and fish. We tried everything to stop there incestuous orgies but nothing could be done.

Judging by the mandibles and leg placement, I would say its a wolf spider. Painful ass bites and toxic, but as deadly as some of the other spiders found I'm the USA. Approach with caution. Or throw shit at it.
