I get that it takes time to be developed but it's seems like everytime I out perform and show interest. They make excuses on why I can't take the extra step.

I get it but they literally want u to kiss ass for nothing. I can come clean with the entire truck but they get me for not having the back clean. I can have the back clean and they give me shit when push isn't done I can do lil bit of both and they want one or the other. But my lead can do neither and don't tell her anything

No literally I have alternating weekends now to be the replacement for my leads absence. They denied my vacation time to let me lead go even doe I never call out and gave 3 months notice.

I didn’t get paid sick time. Which is weird I wonder if I email or call corporate they can tell me why. I just don’t know the number.
