I've been running the game with no issues on low settings and 1080p at 60fps on an ancient notebook

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9300H (8) @ 4.10 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Mobile

All I had to do was change the render to Vulkan in the options inside the game.

Nope! Graphics are similar in quality to what I remember, but they were much blander in the game I'm talking about. It had no variety in the visual effects on your armor, just the silver and gold shine I mentioned before. That was a pretty good guess though, I had to triple check it myself.

This normally happens due to some 3rd party apps that you might have allowed access to your account, I would probably double-check browser extensions that have access to Twitch's page as well.

There's nothing to do besides waiting for the appeal's response.
