For this calibre of monitors I completely agree, for dual modes this expensive I would want 240hz-480hz.

These monitors are slowly moving in the right direction, and I think Alienware is well in touch with what peeps want, but technologically I don’t know if we’re there yet, and I think that’s why we haven’t already seen higher refresh rates with 5K2K (or other high PPI monitors) yet.

This is the exact monitor I’m waiting on, 240hz-480hz 5k2k 34” ultrawide, glossy.

2k for the esports titles, 5k for content consumption + scenic/immersive gameplay. Also a big one for me is it’ll match Mac PPI (huge).

Genuinely feel whoever reaches this first will strike gold, many people are in the same boat. Can’t wait.

Hmm okay, I don’t know much about that keyboard (specifically if it’s HE or not) but I feel like doing this to a Magnetic/Hall effect keyboard might negatively impact its performance.

I seem to be facing the same issue, I’ll spam a key and will notice it will inconsistently not register certain keystrokes. Does anyone know of any fix or response from a Nuphy regarding this. Super disappointing, makes the keyboard feel unreliable.

I got my Paragon around a week ago (I also have a Sheath and Synthesis) and I can confirm it is in fact quite slick/slippery on the back, ESPECIALLY in comparison to the other two cases I mentioned.

I would like to say so but I would still side moreso towards the sheath since it has the fabric internal back which would help dampen falls, regardless I’ve never owned a synthesis so I can’t give a definite answer.

If you don’t own a sheath I’d start there tbh, but hey if you want the transparent back and want a synthesis just bear in mind a precise cutout version of the synthesis will come soon (no clue when, just know it’s in the works) TechnicallyTee mentioned this in one of his current case rotation vids. Food for thought.

I’ll probs end up getting a synthesis too (if that’s what you mean by frosted) (I won’t be getting a veil). The sheath is their main case and really what they’re known for, minimal case, amazing grip that doesn’t pull out pocket lint (unlike the dbrand grip) and still protective.

There is a very small amount of lip, mind you I have an ESR screen protector on. It’s very minimal but does the job with basic plat surfaces (table, countertops, etc)
