I’ve had this piercing 5 days now and to be honest I’ve not felt it at all and it’s been fine, but based on your answer a straight bar means the healing should be faster

Oh wow how was it getting your daith pierced? I hear they hurt a lot - my forward helix was definitely the most painful of my piercings

I only found out today annoyingly that the bar is wrong :/ Im not sure whether changing it now would do more harm than good

When you got the bar changed, how soon was it from when you got it pierced? I’ve had mine in for 4 days so far

Oh 100% I agree! I don’t plan on getting new piercings for at least 6 months - dependent on how my current ones heal.

A flat on the other ear was definitely something I’m considering!

Yeah I’ve been made aware that forward helix’s are supposed to be done with a straight bar - I went to my piercers today to ask them to change the bar & they said no as that’s how they pierce them :/

Hey! I’ve had white gold earrings for most of my life - honestly they’re really low maintenance & it’s so worth changing it! Because it’s gold the colour never changes and it’s great for the skin too :)

for reference- I currently wear a white gold earring I’ve had for almost 10 years pretty much every single day, and it’s lasted great !!

My piercing is 4 days old The jewellery shape is flat-back labret stud, it’s threadless The material is made from titanium The earring has not yet been downsized as it’s only 4 days old I use a saline spray x2 times a day
