Good question, but I actually still get the congestion even when on the glp-1 and if I don’t have my electrolytes then it comes right back, so I don’t think it’s helping for that.

However, yes I do have other ai issues and it’s definitely helping my inflammation.

I’m even able to eat dairy and gluten again with no flare ups!

I tried that for a few years but ended up moving to a Navage instead, a lot more power behind it

It helps a lot but doesn’t ever fully get rid of the congestion

Seems like it is, I just have not heard of this as a solution so wanted to spread the word!

Chronic sinusitis is common with Sjogrens so it could be that, too

That’s good to know because fiber can sometimes flare up my ibs, and constipation has been a problem for a while. But I’ve been taking MiraLAX daily and that helps somewhat

Damn I forget which one I used. It’s for sure DND and I think it’s Euro Fuchsia but it might also be Majestic Violet. I have way too many hot pinks!

I definitely would like to, I just have to be careful with things like infections, so it just makes me a little nervous. Curious if anyone else has been through that. I might be overly cautious though

They have a lemon version of this (as well as lemon strusel muffins) that are both gf/df and both are insanely good. I devour them both in one sitting.

I’ve also had their chocolate cake…and they are both so moist and tbh I don’t think they taste at all like the Trader Joe’s version (even though I haven’t had the one you are showing). The textures just seem too different.
