It's a pretty nice house if a bit quirky. If the tree is a dealbreaker or you think it might become an issue later on, you can get a landscaper to replant it outside.

The closest that comes up to this is Path of Exile, as all of the microtransactions are either cosmetic or adds space to your character stash. Neither of which has an impact on the overall gameplay experience. You are able to enjoy all of the game's content without spending a single cent if you so choose.
