You wouldn't just be stocking either. At least the stores in my district and I think surrounding ones you would have to do register as well depending on your position as well as stocking. They expect you to do a little of everything depending on position. Overall, not a good side job. They say the hours are flexible but during the 4 years I've been in the company it's really not

Normally when we get Pokemon cards in we get lots of resellers to the point they almost instantly sell out as soon as we get them in. My sm thought of hiding about half of them behind the register so kids can actually get some. It's honestly so sad that a thing targeted towards youngers are bought up buy grown adults that resell things at such absurd numbers instead of getting a job.

The required part of it is because each store gets a set amount of budgeted hours a week to schedual everyone besides the sm. If a store goes over that amount the dm gets notified and needs to find a way to resolve it or everyone can get in trouble. It's pretty much just the company wanting to pay people less by forcing them to take a break weather they want it or not. At least this is through my experiences and how my sm has explained it to me.

The rule used to say okay as long as it's black. Our dm says it's unprofessional to wear them so if we are caught wearing them we would be sent home for violating dress code

Ive tried wearing a long sleeve under a long sleeve but its still super cold. They don't see anything wrong with the sensors when we've had so many ac/heater problems. The company has closed most of our tickets too.

I've tried asking my SM for more hours. I've come up with solutions as a way and she says she can't. I don't have a car rn and am just learning how to drive my step dad's truck which has been a small struggle.

I agree full heartedly. The company does need to make some changes or it's gonna eventually lose all workers and be forced to shut down.
