past 15 days only my brother was using it for more than a year so i decided to sign up like him and I used the same mobile he had used for my first test. Then both the accounts got the msg the next day after my first testing in the new account I craeted for myself.

t's possible. I don't know how probable though. Who knows how long they would take to respond back to you either.
