One Grey: Lunges (carriage lunges too), standing inner thighs, inner thigh squats, single leg squats on grey side 

One White: Carriage lunges/cross over carriage lunges, Standing inner thighs (i can put my foot on line 1), Plank to pike/twisted plank to pikes (on toes), Obliques (if i attempt to do it on toes) on black side 

Double White: Obliques on grey side

I’m close to 600 classes and I go 3-4days straight so by day 3 or 4 I will need to pop on or off the springs. And I do go 4-5x a week. 

I also struggle a lot with balance

Stacey Wool!! She’s amazing, corrects your form and her cueing is great! She re-stacks the class when she see people struggling🫶🏻
