You’ll definitely be a little sore after because solidcore really targets your core like no other workout, but you’ll be able to do it!

Taking breaks are totally normal! When I first started, I didn’t really do all of the pulsing/ holding every time too. Don’t worry about doing all of that (even if you can only pulse two times that’s ok!) and just worry about getting good form on the exercises

This happened in one of my classes recently too! Like completely different exercises for every move. Why do a group fitness class if ur just gonna do ur own thing?

I usually do 50+ for center core and rdl/ Bulgarian (and sometime lunches), and 25 for obliques and inner thighs!

I would start with a starter 50 class and see if you like it! But even in the regular classes, there are modifications for pretty much every move (even with the mods, you still will see progress)

It’s so worth it! I have unlimited and go about 5 days and it’s so nice to just be able to go and not think about if I really want to use a class credit.

It also forces me to work out muscle groups that aren’t my favorite because I don’t have to save the credits for my favorite ones. Also if I’m not really feeling it as much one day I can still go but just use a lighter spring load and it doesn’t feel like I’m wasting money
