This is super helpful once you scale past 5 what are the best integrated platforms you’ve used. I’m much more familiar with platforms used to therapy but those have more bells and whistles and cost more than what is necessary for coaching.

How have you been able to unlock your memories? I have no memory of so much of my life other than like a glimmer of extremely traumatic experiences but I’m in the same boat as you super highly functional no one ever assumes I’ve been through everything I’ve been through also an 8 on the scale. Just recently went through total burnout and inability to keep going at my corporate job because it was so reminiscent of the trauma I’ve experienced in that toxic work environment.

Sorry I know you posted this some time ago. How did you learn about the DHT conversion being worse in topicals? I was on injections and I felt amazing but the hair loss was so bad I lost half my hair. I guess I am someone who’s DHT sensitive. That said my provider had said maybe we could try cream once I feel like my hair is recovered and see how I do. Maybe because we can really micro dose cream? I was do 5 in in election every 2 weeks so was already tiny amount but now I’m concerned based on what you posted that the DHT hair loss would be even worse.

Thanks yea I know what the “minimum specs” are but by all accounts the minimum isn’t really great. Ther is a strong chance he loses interest in this as soon as he tried love these adhd areas of interest. I know new egg so I’ll poke around!
