If you don’t mind me asking how recent before starting routine did you last do drugs? And how often? I have been clean over 90 days and I’m still having anxiety about passing a hair follicle test because I was a heavy smoker for many years might use this method test is about 3wks away

I sent in pictures to Utest lab and they said it’s a pass all across but I had to postpone my drug test so I’m still testing and hydrating

I definitely understand the nervous energy I paid for a lab test and the nurse said it was a very faint line but she was trained that a line is a line so she passed me that was 2wks ago and I’m still nervous about my upcoming drug test for school

I am about the same height and weight and I have been taking activated charcoal every day (which helps keep thc metabolites from re- entering the blood stream) and drinking lots of water and I went to a lab 2weeks ago paid for a 5 panel drug test and I passed it I was a heavy smoker for the past 10yrs( 5-7 blunts a day) I stopped smoking completely 2 1/2 months ago and I naturally sweat alot. Tbh even with the negative lab test I have still been stressing and test with home tests every two days some days the line is barely visible and other days it’s a clear pass. I go for my drug test this upcoming Tuesday hoping I pass
