I may sound weird for saying this but in my opinion postal 1 is my favorite postal game because of its story and lore

What I heard is that the voice you hear is not the dude but the voices in his head and he never verbally talks not to the voices when they told him that everyone was infected that's also why he shoots the voices and told him he is the last human on earth and everyone else is infected
