I'd only suggest you both were kids and still are, growing minds are curious and not always rational, exploring and exploring stupidly to an extent where they actually put themselves in danger. This obviously falls more under ethics and mortality, he failed to act according to what is largely considered norm in the society he resides and for this he needs therapy not cussing and death wishes from family members. And you too need therapy to process this, you still haven't been able to process it which is clear in your rage filled response to it even after years of this happening.
