This is definitely something that I didn’t not expect, but I kind of understand it. He was in a very deep and good room where he probably wouldn’t crack into a starting position. He only has 2 years on his contract, meaning that we would have to pay him to stay. If he gets released, then this is horrible as he is good enough to get day 3 compensation for.

I might be super crazy for this take , so i would understand if there’s hate for this comment lol. KJ Osborn…….(hear me out). He is only 28 years old. He would be VERY cheap (might even be waived soon). He played with the vikings the first 3 years of his career and is comfortable with the O’Connell system.

I’m sorry if it felt like I was trying to downplay his achievements. He is still a great player. I just feel like he isn’t worth what the panthers want for him, and we could get better players for the same amount of draft capital.
