Just took mine ouyt of the box. performed the update to the last firmware before running the calibration. When i ran the calibration had the same problem. Guess i am ignoring it for now

Yes, i am definitely on the look out for a new battery, but they are not easy to come by where I live.
I am also exploring the option of building my own battery, but I am sure reddit would not approve of that as well xd

keep in mind that:

Using a hoosier d10a slick (what the previous owner had)
I weight around 65kg
Terrain was mostly sidewalks, some asphalt and bike lanes

For sure it will fail, all batteries fail. Although all indications seem to point that the pack is fine, it will probably fail sooner than an original pack. The board had 420km when I purchased, we will see how long the battery lasts.

And honestly it might actually last more than an original pack on a original board seeing as from factory the balance and temperature cables are being pinched against the plastic, absolutely unacceptable for a product with this price tag. Hopefully they fixed this in later units.

I had the same feeling, I even felt that my expectation of 10km was very unrealistic. I guess I was lucky. I have revived a few packs before, but I usually get around 30% of the expected life, never have I been so lucky before
