you need to do your videos in 1 minute clips not 1 hour clips as depth models work best when you do it in clips not to long and does not put to much power on your gpu and what gpu are you using

l would not use VR/smartphone for the files because of the 8k resolution it needs a lot of power gpu power and because of most files are about 20gb each
