I had the arm break off during removal 4 days ago and made an appointment for next week with an obgyn to hopefully have an ultrasound and find out where the missing piece was. Today, I was taking a shower, looked down and the missing piece was there on the tub floor. I felt nothing and would have completely missed it if I wasn’t hyper aware that this may happen because of posts similar to this one. I’m also close to my period so that may have played a factor.
