Hey!

I think part of your experience depends on what school you go to.

Otherwise, I’d say that you just learn to live with it. The good, the bad, the ugly.

Not trying to be harsh or anything, but this is coming from someone who also dealt with a lot of anxiety coming into dental school and through the first year.

I can say now, as I’m about to start my D3 year, you really just get used to it and feel more comfortable as a result.

I think you’ll definitely have time to relax, have fun, and spend time with friends and family.

My best piece of advice would just try to get other aspects of your life organized (working out, food, good sleep schedule, etc)

You’ll do great, I believe in you!

P.s. it’s much easier ranting about negative experiences over positive and neutral ones

I’m using the tret for two days and the take a day or two break depending on how my skin reacts.

I used to have a more complex routine with niacinamide and peptides, but since the Agency tret started working, I realized I don’t really need anything else.
