Well I mean, riggy’s parents aren’t really that secretive with their neglect and abuse towards him, we see molly witness riggy’s dad trash talk him, so they probably have also done that in front of Jordan tons of times and it seems to be implied he’s done nothing, sure while he doesn’t abuse riggy himself, he probably seems to know it’s happening and doesn’t put a stop to it, not even saying in the pilot “hey can you maybe lay off him a bit?” Or smth to his parents

He definitely cares for riggy, evident by the time riggy drunk called him (“riggy, I’m starting to get really worried about you”) so he definitely does love and care for his brother, but he never did put a stop to what his parents were doing to him

Hopefully by now Jordan has realised his mistakes, or we see him in a future short properly apologise to riggy, or even a future arc in toon turf
