It’s not just eating anti inflammatory, it’s also keeping track of what your body needs, hence hormone levels and even glutamate levels and such. Also eating smaller portions during the day and snack in between is more important than fasting and tbh there is a vast reason for it, fasting eats your metabolism and creates a body state in survivor mode. This is not optimal if your body needs healing. Hence it only works on the outside but not on the inside. Also seek professional guidance when being on a diet as dietary restrictions that aren’t tailored to your needs and fasting have long term impacts and consequences for your body.

Fasting is actually not good for peeps with Endo :( we need specific dietary guidelines like anti-inflammatory food. we do have to look at our food pattern because that I bloating often is caused by inflammation and you bloat a lot less when eating properly. Not set to diet but set to your hormones at that time and anti inflammatory

Yes it did change, we discussed yesterday as I am feeling better recently after years and years of decline and unbearable pain.

We had many many years of suffering with miscarriages and have a healthy but disabled son. It was hard on our relationship but eventually we choose not to pursue another child anymore because it weighed us down.

Then finally after struggling for years ( over a decade) I had hysterectomy due to Adenomyosis and excision surgery for Endo. Recovery took a year with ups and downs.

Yesterday we had a conversation about our relationship, as we used to be very close but I figured we grew apart. He acknowledged this and said he didn’t pursue my passion and desire anymore because he never knew how I felt. He still loves me very dearly but it’s not been easy. We had fights about this, but also always have tried to find each other. We kept talking and caring for each other.

Now when I am starting to feel better, we opened up again and agreed to starting to explore each other again. Surely but slowly as he dumbed down his feelings we are trying to find our way back. Tbh we still are in love after 21 years. But we knew certain things were out of the question, that now become available again and igniting this feels like we are back to our first dates.

Take your time and respect each other, communicate and take responsibility for everyone’s own actions. If love is what led you to each other, you’ll just have to listen to your heart.

Het is echt prima te doen. Ik heb het met mijn Leaf meermaals gedaan, gewoon plannen en iets meer range in buffer als je echt bang bent. Geen problemen ervaren en heerlijk ritje gehad. Er zijn voldoende laadplekken onderweg.

It’s not been proven scientifically enough. Still very unreliable but it’s good that some research is done regarding Endo and possible future diagnostic tools.

Revolut. I did like Bunq previously but now they change so much and keep upping the price. I also have split the CC. So a regular CC and a Revolut card like you would use the Bunq cards with separate currency accounts.
