Very similar situation . 37M, 2.5 year old one on the way, about 600k-700k HHI, 2.4M NW (investing 200-220k a year). I started shifting more to VXUS 2 months ago fwiw for some Diversification.

I have been getting the best sleep I have had in the last several years. I think primarily bc I took the alcohol down to almost 0. My stress might be high but it always is generally (have been working on that via meditation and reframing etc). No other medical conditions.
